Consultant

An AIM listed consultancy business is looking to hire an ACA/ACCA/CIMA qualified accountant who wants to move into a consultancy role. The role is not accountancy related but instead focuses more around business analysis and consulting-there is no financial reporting at all and more around modelling and forward projection.

Main duties include:

To plan, execute and take ownership of the key consultancy assignment components, including pre-fieldwork and planning, desk and field research, financial analysis, report writing, assignment completion, filing and archiving

They are looking for someone with consulting or advisory skills and someone who would be strong on writing reports, is comfortable in excel and doing their due diligence. In the consultancy arm it could be around developing new services for a new client and feasibility around this or analysing the risk and opportunities on a current portfolio.
