Relocation Allowance on a case by case basis

Our client was voted top 12 places to work in the country 2018.

They are keen to help their people achieve a healthy work / life balance, so for certain roles they are open to discussing flexible working.

Our client is always keen to attract the best talent from around the country, and therefore happy to discuss their competitive relocation allowance, which is considered on a case by case basis.

Their marketing team is working hard to strengthen their brand, drive sales and grow their business. Yet they need your help. Working closely with the marketing teams, you’ll provide budgeting, forecasting and performance reports to help them make the right decisions. It’s not just about distributing financial documents. Here, you work closely with key stakeholders to review planned and past activity – identifying risks and spotting opportunities. You’ll challenge. You’ll make recommendations. In fact, you’ll do whatever’s needed to support them with the tools they need to fulfil our ambitions. Together, you’ll do great things.

As an ACCA or CIMA qualified accountant, you have that rare ability to convey complex information in a commercially easy-to-understand way. With your retail, consumer manufacturing or FMCG background, you’ve had experience of understanding the bigger picture, and you know what reports will help drive the team’s performance. As you’ll be reviewing large amounts of data, you’re obviously highly numerate and logical. Yet, you aren’t just a number cruncher. You’re analytical and intuitive. And because you’re confident in your abilities, you can communicate your point of view persuasively – whether that’s in a report or in a presentation.

Excellent organisational skills are a must. As for Excel and PowerPoint, what you don’t know about it isn’t worth knowing.
