Finance and Commercial Director, Newcastle upon Tyne, salary circa £90,000 plus pension.

 The Person

  • You will be a qualified and experienced Accountant who has operated at a senior management level (Financial Controller or above) within a large and complex organisation. 
  • You will be able to demonstrate a significant track record of developing and delivering a financial strategy that supports a high quality service and value for money.
  • You will be able to evidence playing a key role in transforming the delivery of a service through strategic leadership, collaboration across services and the use of innovation
  • You will have first class leadership, stakeholder management and communication skills.
  • Previous experience within the Social Housing sector will be an advantage but is not essential and we would welcome applications from the private, public and not for profit sectors.
