YOUR NEW JOB...

New full time role to work in a busy accounts department across two sites, reporting directly to the Finance Manager.

Day to day duties:
• Assist in preparing monthly management accounts.
• Maintain the detailed stock costing model and assist in running the payroll.
• To assist in the implementation of new accounting processes.
• Use your initiative to make improvements in the format of reporting.
• Post month end journals.
• Maintenance of detailed stock costing model.
• Calculation of costings for sales team.
• Completion of balance sheet reconciliations.
• Set up and produce monthly production P+L for each site.
• Liaise with the production, sales and supply chain team.
• Hold monthly cost centre reviews with Department Managers.
• Assist in the implementation of a new stock system.
• Assist in running weekly and monthly payroll, updating the payroll system from timesheets.
• Prepare and submit all HMRC required documents.


We are looking for somebody with excellent communication skills, fantastic confident and articulate telephone manner and highly accurate when inputting information. Somebody who is a positive team player but also works on their own initiative.
