Qualified Finance Manager
The role will involve responsibility for the Financial Management and accounting of a group of Companies with some overseas subsidiaries.
Duties:
- Management of month end process including; review of balance sheet reconciliations, aging reports, journals and other bookkeeping matters.
- Management of quarter end process including; preparation of consolidated management accounts including group service charge calculations, financial analysis, variance analysis and management commentary of the quarterly consolidated management accounts, review of preparation of subsidiary management accounts, income recognition, accruals and prepayments.
- Management of the annual audit process.
- Preparation of the UK group statutory financial statements; review of individual company statutory financial statements.
- Management of outsourced monthly payroll; submission of payroll data to outsourced payroll provider, review of payroll reports, ensuring that all staff and PAYE/NI paid on time monthly and other HMRC payroll reports are submitted on a timely basis, calculation and submission of P11ds and PSA.
- Administration of salary sacrifice schemes.
