A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a Financial Controller to join a growing FMCG organisation in Berkshire. Whilst leading a team of 9, you will be responsible for managing all aspects of Operational Finance within a collaborative, hands on culture.
To successfully deliver in this high-profile position, you will need to have:
- Qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA or CIMA)
- Background in FMCG would be highly advantageous
- Management experience
- Experience in management accounts, balance sheet recs, financial reporting and budgeting & forecasting
- Ability to relay financial information to non-finance stakeholders clearly and concisely
- Self-starter approach to work

- Manage a team of 9 within Finance operations
- Own production of monthly management accounts
- Manage balance sheet reconciliations
- Manage overheads
- Co-ordinate budget submission
- Report monthly rolling P&L forecast
- Identify and improve areas of weakness
- Review VAT returns
- Manage year end audit
