The Role
These are exceptionally interesting roles offering high level exposure to some of the most complex and high profile organisations in the UK. As a Corporate Finance Associate/Manager you will assist in providing corporate finance advice as well as financial, analytical and negotiation support on major asset sales and interventions in respect of Government's dealings with public bodies and private companies. You will work in small, dynamic teams on asset sales, corporate restructuring and corporate governance providing a range of analytical support including financial modelling.

Your Profile

• You will have 2-5 years' experience in one or more of the following areas: corporate finance, investment banking, debt restructuring, accountancy, corporate development, private equity, mergers and acquisitions or financial strategy;
• You will be able to demonstrate an understanding of capital structures, the ability to value assets, manage and contribute to asset sales and demonstrate a good understanding of corporate governance and corporate finance;
• You will have excellent relationship management skills - you will be exposed to a range of senior level stakeholders both internally and externally;
• Excellent financial modelling skills and understanding of financial analysis, company valuation and accountancy.
