A Credit Controller is required by this interesting organisation based in Staines-upon-Thames, Middlesex.
Reporting to the Financial Controller and having responsibility for a ledger in the region of £20M the key tasks of the Credit Controller includes cash posting, cash allocations, chasing debt via telephone and letter, internal and external communication regarding customer account queries ensuring that credit assessment checks are carried out, preparation of credit requests keeping the sales ledger up to date, journals etc.
This role will suit a self-motivated individual who enjoys the personal challenge of collecting debt whilst ensuring a professional manner at all times. This individual needs the confidence to be able to challenge our Customers and resolve any queries they may have ensuring that our company processes are followed. This individual must enjoy working in a structured environment where hard work and consistent performance is important. The incumbent should have the persistence to see a job through to conclusion and to work within specific guidelines. The person fulfilling this role should be routine-orientated, methodical, thorough and compliant
The ideal Credit Controller should have at least two years credit control experience, with good system skills including Excel and in return you will receive a salary of circa £25k + superb benefits including amazing pension scheme.
