Gleeson Recruitment Group are working with a growing construction organisation in Warwick who are keen to hire a new Finance Manager. The Finance Manager will report directly into a Head of Finance and manage the day to day operations for a busy finance function. The role needs an individual who can do more than just churn month end accounts. As a Finance Manager in Central Birmingham there is a need to build relationships with commercial and operational teams to ensure that all decision making has been thoroughly thought through and is commercially viable.

As a Qualified Accountant you will have developed a skillset which gives you the skills needed to introduce new processes, influence the leadership team and produce management accounts with limited guidance and will be essential for this position.

Finance Manager in Warwick responsibilities:

• Complete Monthly Reporting Schedules
• Prepare Board Reports
• Prepare ad hoc reports as required by Head Office and Region
• Develop reports & hold meetings to build relationships across the BU that adds value to the business
• Responsible for the management of the Finance Department
• Work with Finance Director to prepare department succession plan
• Ensure audit trails/records are maintained and Finance Manual procedures are adhered to
• Assist Internal and External Audit
