Our client is a global leader in its field.As a result of continued growth and a restructure two new positions have been created.
The Finance Business Partner job will be required to help manage the relationship with the senior Finance stakeholders within their respective markets, developing credibility through challenge, influence and support to senior stakeholders, driving forward the goals of the Major Markets in addition to the strategic goals of the EMEA organisation within the subsidiares
They will support the Finance Director in overseeing the provision of insightful information and management reporting, driving out strong ROI across the markets.
Responsible for driving insight and analytics within the given market, they will also identify and address any factors that have a financial impact and support improvements in performance through actionable recommendations and challenge to decision making across their market.
They will work alongside the Finance Director to support the business in driving compliance with EMEA processes and policies.
