Leading a major group wide incentive for a leading branded business, seeking an Interim Group Financial Controller or Big 4 transactions services Manager / Director.
High profile Group Reporting project for a well known retailer, seeking a proven Group Finance Manager or Controller, PLC background OR a practice trained (Big 4) with financial transactions experience.
This role will offer significant exposure to the board, all the group functions and the city.
Key summary of the role includes, but not limited to: Production of historical financial information and management of external advisors queries relating to technical accounting.
Delivery of financial policies and procedures documentation in line with the timetable. Provide support to Finance workstream leads and other key stakeholders.
Key requirements : ACA qualified, Detailed knowledge of IFRS and UK GAAP, Knowledge of financial instrument accounting and Experience of Class 1 transactions.
