This leading Corporate Advisory Boutique operates from offices in several major UK cities and has established a strong reputation for providing Corporate Insolvency & Recovery, Restructuring & Turnaround, Debt Advisory and Corporate Finance / M&A solutions to Mid-Market Corporate businesses. The firm has enjoyed significant growth in fees year on year and is continually increasing headcount across all offices.
THE OPPORTUNITY
An opportunity has arisen for an experienced Corporate Insolvency & Recovery professional to join the firm's North West Practice as a Recovery & Restructuring Executive.
As a Recovery & Restructuring Executive you will have the opportunity to work on a wide range of formal insolvency appointments and advisory projects, supporting Directors with the management of cases and projects referred by Accountants, Banks / Funders and PE & VC Investors.
Duties and responsibilities will involve:
- Handling a portfolio of formal insolvency cases including Administrations (Trading and Pre-Packaged), Liquidations and CVA's. Dealing with all daily aspects of cases from initial instruction through to closure.
- Supporting a Director on Restructuring & Turnaround of distressed businesses and Independent Business Review (IBR) work on stressed investment and bank funded businesses.

THE PERSON
You will be a Corporate Insolvency & Recovery Administrator able to demonstrate the following:
- ACA / ACCA Qualified or alternatively CPI Qualified
- Previous Corporate Insolvency & Recovery case experience ideally gained within a large firm (c.3 - 5 yrs)
- A desire to develop your experience within corporate insolvency and advisory work and progress to Manager and beyond within a leading Mid-Market Corporate Advisory practice.
