Your new company
Our client are a leading global asset management firm based within Bracknell, who are a leading global pharmaceutical company. They are now seeking an experienced Finance Business Partner to join the company and work closely with the Regional Finance Manager adding insights and delivering strategic support to help the business achieve their goals.

Your new role
As part of sustained and continued growth of the company, they are now seeking to appoint a Finance Business Partner. The role will cover leading an initiative to streamline data collection and reporting, identifying new approaches to create value and added insights. Furthermore, you will coordinate and prepare functional budgets and quarterly forecasts together with Business Partners.

Subsequently, you will collaborate with the functional teams to identify opportunities for saving to reinvest in priority projects, lead process improvement projects and liaise with the shared services team to ensure compliant and accurate quarterly closing.

What you'll need to succeed
As the successful candidate you should be extremely driven, professional and enthusiastic, capable of thinking "outside the box" to find innovative and creative solutions working under pressure but to high levels of numeracy and accuracy.

Technically, you will be familiar and comfortable providing insights and delivering strategic support to the business. You will need to have strong accounting experience with CIMA, ACA or ACCA qualifications, and have the ability to make an immediate impact, working independently and forming effective working relationships with colleagues building trust and confidence.
