Management Accountant

Robertson Bell Finance is working alongside a prestigious international charity to recruit a Management Accountant to work closely with the Finance Manager in their Central London based team.

The position has been newly created as a result of the charities recent growth and will oversee the work of two members of staff. Key responsibilities include:
*Working as a business partner, engaging with budget holders in various departments across the organisation
*Producing and analysing the monthly management accounts
*Assisting on the production of the statutory accounts
*Continuously reviewing the management accounting process and initiating process improvements
*Overseeing the work of the Finance Officer and Finance Assistant

The ideal candidate will be part qualified CCAB accountant (ACA, CIMA or ACCA) and will be looking for a role that offers huge scope for personal development and the chance to be part of a high performing finance team. The successful candidate will be able to work independently and as part of a team and will be a confident communicator with excellent interpersonal skills. Ideally the successful candidate will have worked in a Not for Profit organisation previously and will be excited by this opportunity to join an international charity that is a household name, in a role offering growth and development.
