Your new company
Your new role as an Finance Manager will be reporting into the Director of Cash flow and forecasting and you will be working for a well known global pharmaceutical organisation.

Your new role
Your primary responsibilities will include providing analytical and financial modelling support for reviewing and maintaining the Group's short-to-medium, and longer-term cash flow forecast and the monthly performance reporting and associated analytics (including comparison to latest forecast / budget). You will provide the delivery of enhanced 'value add', reliable and efficient processes - via continuous improvement approach. You will analyse business inputs - understanding, challenging and evaluating key business drivers, and ensuring processes are underpinned by consistent assumptions. You will work closely with the Cash Generation Team and the corporate finance team.


What you'll need to succeed

  • MBA or other Finance/Business qualification eg Qualified ACA/ACCA/CIMA
  • ​Excellent academic record
  • Significant experience of cash flow forecasting and associated analytics
  • Advanced modelling skills, Hyperion systems proficiency preferred but not essential
  • Ability to deliver succinct, high impact briefing material suitable for SET / Board level audiences
  • Proactive and delivery focussed, comfortable working in a dynamic, challenging environment
  • A clear record of progression in Finance functions within global enterprises
  • Energetic, resilient and tenacious
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
  • Good networking skills
  • System proficient
