Business Services Manager - Accountancy Practice (ACA / ACCA)

Our client is a longstanding, leading firm of chartered accountants in the South West. With plenty of offices the practice has by no means stood still and is still growing from strength to strength. Their head office in Taunton is looking for an experienced practice manager within their business services offering. In this role you will be accountable for a portfolio of clients / jobs, managing yourself and others whilst also being heavily involved in the business development of the office and the firm as a whole. This will involve planning, undertaking and supervising assignments including client specific projects and the client’s year end compliance requirements; statutory accounts and tax returns.

We are looking for the following skills and experience:

• ACA or ACCA qualified
• ·Business Services Accountancy experience as an Assistant Manager or Manager
• Excellent people management and technical skills
