I am working with an international property development/construction group to recruit a Finance Director for the UK operation. This is a newly created role reporting to the UK MD.
The role will be responsible for:
- Overseeing the finance function ensuring all financial reporting is done in a timely and accurate manner
- Recruitment and development of a finance team to be based in Manchester
- Development and implementation of robust financial controls and processes
- Selection and implementation of a new ERP system
- Provide full commercial and strategic support to the UK senior leadership team
Applicants should have:
- Extensive experience in a number one finance role
- Excellent management and leadership skills
- Strong systems and process experience
- Experience within property development and/or construction sectors
- Hold a recognised accountancy qualification ACA/ACCA/CIMA
- Preferably have PE/VC or funding experience
