Senior Business Analyst

The organisation is currently seeking a qualified accountant to undertake a Senior Business Analyst role. Assisting the Head of FP&A, the remit is focused on providing relevant commercial and financial analysis to Department Heads and Business Operations Directors, to support strategic and financial planning activities. A broad brief includes:

•Provision of financial support to Global Sector & Development Heads to support strategic & financial planning activities including financial analysis for annual planning, strategic reviews, new market & sector opportunity analysis & secondment planning
•Liaison with finance & business colleagues to ensure divisional area budgets are aligned with sector objectives
•Supporting & advising senior stakeholders on presentations including client & sector analysis
•Identification & development of new processes & frameworks to support analysis, monitoring & reporting of new innovative products & work streams
•Supporting consolidation of annual budgeting, reforecast process & management reporting

As a 2:1/1st class graduate qualified ACA, CIMA or ACCA with significant finance business partnering or operationally focused FP&A experience, gained within the Professional Services or Consulting sector, you will be a proactive team player with a commercial focus and the ability to build strong business relationships. The role demands excellent interpersonal skills, the gravitas to influence senior stakeholders and the ability to work cross-functionally within the business. Ref: BHJOB3543_4958
