Our Warwickshire based client is looking for a Financial Accountant on a permanent basis.
This is a global business and as a consequence you will gain some invaluable experience within a company where there are huge opportunities for progression.
You will have experience of cashflow and working capital reporting and will have the opportunity to interact with stakeholders at different levels within the business. Excellent communication skills are therefore a must for this role. You will manage a team of 3 and will be responsible for working with the head office function to ensure funds are available in all currencies used by the business. You will have interactions with the wider business being responsible for resolving issues raised by the AP and AR team.
Exposure to project accounting and forecasting are important for this role and you'll be looking at improving processes and procedures within the team.
Previous experience of partnering senior stakeholders is desirable due to the interactions that you'll have. Driving change and providing appropriate challenge to the business will be a regular occurrence with this role.
You will be a qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA) and will be looking for your next challenge in an exciting business.
