Purchase Ledger Clerk - Stockwell (SW London)

We are recruiting for a Purchase Ledger clerk position based in Stockwell, South West London.

The responsibilities of the role include:

• Manage the distribution and processing of AP invoices
• Resolution of supplier queries
• Prepare multi-currency and GBP payment batches for authorisation
• Use online banking system to upload supplier payment batches and create manual payments when required.
• Responsible for the processing of all UK and International staff expenses via online portal and manually.
• Allocation of payments to supplier invoices in accounting system
• Assist with month end closing processes
• Reconciliation of supplier statements
• Filing of suppliers invoices and payment batches

The role is a 3 month temporary role, candidates are required to commute to Stockwell, South West London, on a daily basis and have experience in the above duties.
