Global Tax & Treasury Manager

A leading, Information Services firm with rapidly expanding markets are looking to appoint a versatile Global Tax & Treasury Manager. The role holder will occupy a key position within the senior finance leadership function and be primarily responsible for managing all tax matters affecting the business.

Key responsibilities will include managing the tax risks that a highly entrepreneurial business creates, managing and coordinating a network of international external advisers to the business, maintaining all UK tax records, owning the tax payment process for corporates and partners in the UK, overseeing VAT and PAYE compliance, developing a robust group taxation policy, implementing a worldwide transfer pricing policy, acting as the main point of contact for the wider finance team and on tax related queries, reviewing tax reserves per business unit, setting appropriate budgets and cash flow forecasts, improving upon existing processes and establishing optimal procedures across a new accounting system.

The successful candidate will be either a qualified tax adviser (CTA) or a chartered accountant (ACA) with demonstrable tax experience gained from within a large corporate organisation. Applicants must possess strong analytical skills and close attention to detail. The ability to operate within a complex international matrix structure is critical and previous taxation experience is a prerequisite.
