An exciting opportunity to join a dynamic friendly organisation as an Accounts Payable Clerk. You will work closely and report directly to the Finance Controller on a daily basis giving you the opportunity to develop new skills and further your career. Main duties & responsibilities will include but are not limited to:- Matching, batching and coding high volume purchase ledger invoices- Processing payment runs and issuing remittances across 5 currencies and multiple subsidiaries- Reconciling supplier statements and dealing with queries- Processing expenses and credit card bills- Reconciling petty cash, bank and other balance sheet reconciliations- Raising recharge invoices and monitoring supplier contra accounts Ideally you will have a minimum of two years' experience within a similar role and be within a commutable distance to SW4.
