BTG are currently looking for a qualified/nearly qualified Accountant to join a reputable, UK business based in Warrington. The successful person ideally needs to have a come from a Practice background or have experience working in a similar role within industry.
This is a brilliant opportunity for someone looking to work for a entrepreneurial, commercial business where you can not only develop but have a work-life balance. Communication is key in this role when building relationships with various stakeholders/clients.
Main Responsibilities:
- Preparation of tax accounting report and forecasts
- Preparation of statutory accounts
- Corporation tax returns
- Year end accounting
- Managing tax figures in to the P+L and Balance sheet at Month End, working closely with accounting teams
- Managing clients and dealing with queries
- Ad-hoc project work when required

Essential Requirements:
- Must be either ACA/ACCA or CTA qualified or studying!
- Previous experience in a similar role within practice or industry
