Reporting into the Head of International Finance, this individual will be responsible for all reporting, planning & analysis for the international business mainly focused on one particular franchise.

Description
Reporting:
- Key Finance contact for the International and North American label
- Preparation and analysis of the international consolidated financial statements, both on US GAAP and management reporting basis
- Review of all consolidation adjustments
- Preparing analysis and commentary on financial performance, reviewing and presenting to key stakeholders
- Enhance reporting to accommodate internal, regional and US dynamics
- Accurate communication to the territories and other departments of all group accounting policies and procedures
- Representing the franchise in monthly review meetings with other territories
- Review, validate and present consolidated monthly provision for franchise's key titles
- Overall review and analysis of marketing actuals and forecast
- Responsible of the review of reporting folders and documents to ensure all documentation is complete and signed off for reporting and SOX purposes
Planning & Business Analysis:
- Responsible for budget, forecast and target processes and monthly rolling forecasts for both physical and digital
- Loading the sales budget and forecasts in to the Hyperion planning system
- Consolidation of departmental international operating expenses forecasting budgets and forecasts
- Regular auditing of information disseminated by the Reporting and Planning team
- Develop the creation of appropriate working instructions for all core business functions from within the team
- Presentation of data to the Senior Management Team based on-site
- Creation of various reports
- Ensure compliance with all USGAAP regulations
- Ensure SOX procedures are adhered to
- Liaise with both Internal and External auditors - Participate to audits
Profile
- Experience in a similar role at a senior level
- Experience of managing a small team
- Experience in a similar field preferred
- Advanced excel skills
- FM or similar SAP systems experience is required
- Maintain excellent relationships with key stakeholders in the UK, Spain, Germany, France, Benelux and Australia
- USGAAP reporting, advanced excel, Hyperion/Essbase/Smartview, JDE, OBI, Business objects (GFK consolidation tool, powerpoint)
Job Offer
£50,000-£55,000 plus excellent benefits
