Finance Manager – Gross Margin – Warwickshire
£55,000 to £65,000 per annum
A leading Coventry-based organisation are recruiting a Finance Manager to specialise in Gross Margin.
They are seeking a career-driven, proactive individual to work closely with the Billing, Trading and Finance teams to help improve the quality and efficiency of Gross Margin performance reporting.
Responsibilities of the Gross Margin Manager include:
- Full responsibility for the gross margin reporting for the business.
- Work on continuous improvement of systems/data, improving the accuracy, efficiency and conciseness of margin reporting.
- Highlight areas of variance to plan and provide commentary on drivers of variance.
- Line management for two members of staff - managing workload, coaching and performance appraisals.
- Assist the business in deep dive analysis into the granular level detail of the margin performance.
Experience and Skills of the successful Finance Manager:
- ACCA/CIMA/ACA Qualified
- Have experience within the management accounting function of a large, complex data organisation - utilities/telco would be advantageous.
- Advanced level data manipulation skills - Excel up to Macro level
- Previous staff management experience is essential.
