Finance Manager required for 6 months to manage the reporting process. The successful candidate will be responsible for working with the Global Financial Reporting.
Responsibilities:
- Preparation of the Group's consolidated statutory accounts for Full Year and Half Year;
- Preparation of the statutory accounts
- Coordination and production of the Group's Annual Report;
- To gather, manage and monitor the integrity of the management and financial data used for all reporting to the Group Board including management accounts, forecasts and the three year plan
- Report writing to the Group's Board and sub-committees, bringing to their attention key accounting issues, areas of judgement and technical developments;
- Provide advice and guidance to facilitate the accounting for complex commercial transactions; and
- Producing an environment of continuous improvement to ensure that all reporting is conducted to the highest possible standard in the most efficient manner
The successful candidate will be fully qualified (ACCA/ACA) with Group reporting/consolidation experience. You MUST have insurance experience and strong knowledge of Excel and Cognos.
