A fantastic opportunity for a Finance Manager to join a specialist, manufacturing business in Mansfield on a 12 month contract. With a reputation for investing in both their people and their products, they have created a brand that is seen as the leader in their respective markets.
Reporting directly to the Finance Director you will have full management responsibility for the finance team – 4FTE with the opportunity to provide support and have a positive impact during this busy and exciting time.
Role Responsibilities include across both UK and European sites:
Month End reporting: Full P&L ownership and reporting
Year End audit file preparation
Daily & weekly bank reconciliation
Inter-company payments: full responsibility for payable queries and reconciliation for all inter company payments
Managing and motivating the finance team
About you:
Qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA)
Strong leadership and motivational skills
Positive and driven with ability to work with stakeholders across the business
Competent with systems and strong Excel experience.
