Finance Manger needed for fast-growing health care business in Buckinghamshire!

£45,000 - £55,000 + Benefits

Stanton House are currently partnering with a fast growing and people focused health care business in Buckinghamshire who are looking to recruit a brand new Finance Manger to oversee a busy processing team and ensure best-in-class and proactive support is given to all divisions within the Group, both in the UK and overseas. To successfully deliver in this high-profile position, you will need to meet the following criteria:

  • Qualified accountant (ACA/ACCA/CIMA).
  • Experience in leading a successful processing team.
  • Cash management and cash flow forecasting experience.
  • Leadership experience and ability to motivate and grow a sizeable team.
  • Ability to work to high level of accuracy with attention to detail is essential.
  • Excel competence to Privot Table and V-Look Ups standard.
  • Ability to manage and prioritise own and team workload.
  • Strong analytical skills with a pro active nature of challenging and questioning existing processes with an ability to document and make recommendations.
  • Process driven and highly organised and efficient.
  • Experience with multi currency reporting.

A little more information about the role:

  • Lead and motivate the Central Processing Teams including sales & purchase ledgers, credit control and banking including ensuring and planning for adequate resource in lines with planned growth.
  • Management of control environment and efficiency changes in particular the automation of process.
  • Weekly group cash flows forecasting, reporting to senior management and parent company.
  • Cash management including making loan repayments to parent company.
  • Responsibility for running the month end process for the processing team and all associated month end reconciliations.
  • Intercompany transactions - recharges journals, reconciliations and clear downs.
  • Supporting senior finance team with queries and ad-hoc financial reports, analysis and commentary.
  • Preparing annual audit files and ensuring all processing team audit queries are completed.
  • Preparation of annual processing team timetables, scheduling activities to ensure on-time delivery.
