Excellent opportunity for a Treasury Accountant to join the Head Office of an industry-leading, multi-national business with revenues in excess of £1 billion.

This is a key role within group finance and Financial & Treasury Accountant will have regular contact with the Head Office accounting team, treasury department, group finance and tax.

Our client is looking for an individual with good treasury and financial accounting experience. More importantly, you will have a strong, intellectual mindset and enjoy the challenge of sorting out complex issues.

Responsibilities for this Financial & Treasury Accountant role will include:

  • Day to day treasury accounting
  • Month end and year end
  • FX hedge analysis
  • Maintenance of hedge compliance documentation
  • Assist with group consolidation
  • Assist with wider reporting at division/group level
  • Assist tax team with month end data

Ideally the Financial & Treasury Accountant will be ACT qualified with good technical financial skills and exposure to treasury accounting standards, either within practice or industry. You do not need extensive experience of all areas listed as full-training will be provided.
