As Finance controls and compliance analyst, you will be charged with supporting Senior Manager Finance processes in developing, maintaining, and enhancing a culture of effective and efficient financial internal controls throughout the business.

Description
The Finance Controls & Compliance analyst will need to promote, maintain, and enhance a culture of effective and efficient financial internal control throughout the company, facilitate change management resulting from strategic initiatives to simplify processes, ensure compliance with the Company's control framework, including Risk Assessment Reviews, prepare, update and enhance the value of the Company's SOX and control documentation and testing with a goal of increasing effectiveness and efficiencies within the processes and controls, working with process owners and department managers to develop, implement, monitor, and run the compliance and internal control requirements,p rovide training and guidance to managers responsible for implementing and running key controls, ensure that all Balance sheet and P&L impacts via control weaknesses are investigated and resolved, to ensure that accounting clarity is improved month on month and assist in managing, resolving and reporting audit exceptions. Following up on the implementation of management action plans to address any identified control gaps.
