Economist

We are searching for an Economist / Econometrician / Statistical Analyst to join a large company in Reading. We're looking for someone to join as a key player in their strategic and regulatory modelling team.

You'll have a background in economic analysis with a post-graduate degree in economics or maths. You'll be used to using your analytical experience to interpret complex data and draw statistical conclusions which you can confidently present to senior members of the company.

Economist /Econometrician Responsibilities:

• Leading projects using quantitative techniques and analysis
• Act as source of economic expertise to senior business leaders
• Work with external parties on reporting requirements
• Provide input on efficiency modelling, business lifecycle analysis, and outcome delivery
• Work on pricing and recovery data
• Ad hoc economic advice
