We are seeking a Finance Business Partner to join the First Ark Group in Liverpool. The purpose of the successful business partner will be to develop long term strategic plans for each of the Group subsidiaries and consolidate to provide assurance on Group viability.

Purpose of this Finance Business Partner – Strategic Financial Planning:

Joining the thriving First Ark team, the finance business partner will provide advice and support to the Group Directors and Operational Managers regarding current and future strategic financial planning. The successful applicant will also provide peer leadership and challenge across the Finance team to drive performance and deliver a first-class internal service that is valued by colleagues and external parties. Other duties of the finance business partner include:

• Integrating long term strategic planning into the Group’s performance planning, budgeting and reporting cycle by developing processes for updating the plans to reflect actual performance.
• Provide updated models and scenario analysis
• Reconcile strategic plans to actual results, short term forecasts and annual budgets.
• Maintain the Group stock reconciliation and analytical review of rental income.
• Support the Group Financial Controller and Group Director – Finance in delivering accurate NROSH returns on time in accordance with regulatory requirements.
