Finance Business Partner – Treasury & Tax | £31,308 - £38,735 | Liverpool, L34 1PJ

First Ark Group are seeking a Treasury & Tax Finance Business Partner to assist in the Short term (1 to 2 years) and Medium term (3 to 5 year) Cash Flow Forecasting for all Group entities.

Purpose of this Finance Business Partner - Treasury and Tax role:

Reporting to the Group Financial Controller, the finance business partner will enjoy a varied role. Giving expert advice and support to the Group Directors and Operational Managers regarding current and future Tax and Treasury matters, the candidate will contribute proactively towards a high performing Finance team. The finance business partner will provide peer leadership, drive performance across the Finance team and support the development of a first-class internal service that is valued by colleagues and external parties.

Main duties of the Finance Business Partner –Treasury and Tax role:

• Ensure the treasury forecasts are consistent with the Long-Term strategic business plan (BRIXX).
• Treasury accounting and reporting for operational, regulatory, and statutory purposes.
• Loan covenant returns - develop and maintain robust systems and procedures for submitting accurate and timely loan covenant returns to the Group's lenders.
• Maintain accurate records of loan securitisation position and valuations in accordance with bank covenants.
• Current and future loan covenant compliance
