A great opportunity for a Financial Accountant to join a small Finance team and make a real contribution to the on-going development of the trust’s modern Finance function.

We manage and support 26 arts and museums attractions across Hampshire and deliver county-wide outreach programmes that bring great culture to local communities. We also deliver a diverse range of wider social impact initiatives targeted at those who are most vulnerable or disadvantaged and who would not usually have access to arts and culture.

About this Financial Accountant role:

This Financial Accountant role will work closely with all the Finance team and presents the scope to shape and develop the future of the finance service in support of the trust’s commercial and charitable aims.

The successful candidate will be an experienced and driven qualified or part-qualified with significant experience accountant. Ideal for applicants who would value the opportunity to be engaged in the growth and implementation of the trust’s financial controls together with operating an efficient day to day transaction processing and management function.

To Succeed in this Financial Accountant role, you will be a highly motivated self-starter with a professional, flexible and positive approach.  You will have the ability to manage and maintain a disciplined pattern of work under pressure and to tight deadlines.
