An opportunity has arisen for a newly qualified ACA to join one of the largest privately owned real estate companies in Europe. With the head office based in London the business is looking someone recently qualified or about to qualify in September to join in finance hybrid role with excellent commercial exposure. Responsibilities include:
Preparation of quarterly management accounts
Responsibility for the delivery of year end statutory accounts
Business partnering with Operational heads of department
Indirect line management of multinational subsidiary offices
Analytical review of financial information
Provide financial support on acquisitions and disposals
Skills & Experience:
Qualified Accountant: ACA from a top 50 practice
Strong commercial Acumen
Highly driven and the ability to work to tight deadlines
