Corporate Finance Executive

This practice is one of the Top 10 largest accountancy practices in the UK and offer a full-service practice in Corporate Finance, Tax, Audit & assurance, Transaction services, banking and insolvency.

About the role:

The role will initially involve working with senior members of the Corporate Finance team where you will learn and develop in this area from very experienced and well-respected members of the team. Most senior members are top 4 and top 10 trained. Duties will involve drafting reports, attending meetings, managing research processes, accumulating forecasts, financial analysis etc.

The varied and interesting client portfolio is mid-market with the average deals range from £1 million up to £30 million. From time to time, there has been transactions at around £90 million.

About the candidate:

The ideal candidate will be qualified Accountant with a background in Audit and up to 12 months experience in Corporate Finance or a Transaction Services role.

Consideration is open to candidates who have limited Corporate Finance and Transaction services but have a strong desire to go into Corporate Finance.
