A hospitality/retail company based in the heart of West London requires a Accounts Assistant to join their Finance Team. Supporting the team leader in the daily reconciliation of cash, you'll also be responsible for assisting external sites. The successful candidate will be joining a dynamic and outgoing environment.
Role Responsibilities -
- Cash allocation (BACS, CHAPS, Cash, etc)
- Cash and bank reconciliations
- Credit card reconciliations
- Maintaining petty cash account
- Issuing customer refunds
- Reconciliation of general ledger accounts
- Assisting with audit queries
- Other ad hoc duties as and when required
Candidate Requirements -
- Hospitality or retail experience would be beneficial however not essential to the role
- Early stage ACCA/CIMA/AAT studiers are encouraged to apply
- Experience in bank reconciliations
- Excellent communication skills
- Experience with online banking platforms is beneficial
- A proactive individual
