New Finance Business Partner position for one the UK’s most established Wealth Mangers, based in the heart of The City.

This is a genuine Finance Business Partner role that could suit someone from the commercial sector, who is looking to make a move in to Financial Services.

This will suit a Finance Analyst, FP & A Analyst or commercially minded Management Accountant.

Key Duties of the Finance Business Partner:

• Production of monthly management information packs for senior Leadership team
• Production of financial information required for quarterly, half yearly and annual results reporting
• Preparation of the annual budgeting cycle and re-forecasting process (top-down and bottom-up)
• Ad-hoc performance reporting an analysis
• Provide Business Partnering support to the senior leadership team
• Supporting the business in delivery of its objectives and improvement in financial performance
• Collaborating with other areas within the Finance department to enhance the delivery of information and promote team work
• Identify, recommend and implement improvement in working practices and process efficiencies
• On-going development of financial management information

Skills Needed of the Finance Business Partner:

• ACA, ACCA, CIMA, CA qualified with 3-4 years of post-qualified experience
• Experience of working in a controller role within a regulated environment
• Ability to stay knowledgeable on technical accounting and business issues
• Exceptional analytical and problem solving skills
• Microsoft Office, Coda and TM1 are preferable
• Facilitate and coordinate multiple deadlines, create cohesive teams, and respond quickly to management requests
• Proven ability to perform under pressure
