Based in Hemel Hempstead, Hertfordshire, our client is looking for an ACCA/CIMA Studier to join their instantly recognisable and exciting business as a Finance Analyst on a permanent basis.

This job would suit an ambitious individual who is an ACCA/CIMA studier who has strong communication skills, necessary to engage, influence and challenge successfully at all levels. This is a fantastic position for a Finance Analyst with strong Excel skills & offers full study support.

The successful individual will be a confident self-starter, with the ability to work both autonomously and collaboratively, have a background in financial analysis and who wants to join a forward-thinking business who will help you qualify in the next couple of years.

Duties will include:

• Work alongside the FP&A Business Partner to provide support to the finance team
• Perform reconciliations between systems and provide variances
• Build and validate reporting across the different business areas
• Support budget and projection process
• Support ad-hoc queries from the finance team, using multiple different systems
• Documentation of processes and support for process review
• Develop strong relationships with IT teams to ensure we use the right platforms
• Advocate solutions in the face of any challenges
• Drive best practices and promote a culture of continuous improvement
