SF Group are recruiting for a interim Finance Manager for our Birmingham public client.
Reporting into the Financial Controller there will be turnaround focus on general ledger, balance sheet integrity and cash-flow processes as well as Management Accounting and MI reporting. As a hands-on finance manager will will tutor the finance team on best practice and streamlining month-end processes.
The successful candidate will be ACMA/ACA/ACCA qualified and will have proven experience of providing a high quality financial and management accounting services within complex organisations. You will be change-focused and have worked in similar turnaround projects in the past. You will have the ability to communicate effective with non-finance stakeholders, changing your approach to suit a range of audiences. This role will have an initial duration of 6-9 months.
