A leading Accountancy Practice based in the Radlett area in Hertfordshire are currently recruiting for a Semi Senior Accountant on a permanent basis. In order to apply you will have at least two years of Accountancy experience and come from a Practice background.
Your key responsibilities will include:
- Bookkeeping up to trial balance
- Production of accounts including manual calculations
- Producing Financial Statements
- Corporation Tax Returns
- Meeting with clients on-site
- Assisting with any ad hoc duties
Person Specification:
- Experience of working within an Accountancy Practice is essential
- Experience of accounts up to trial balance, manual calculations, production of accounts and personal tax is essential
- Bookkeeping/Accounts experience, ideally looking after a select number of clients
- Must be proactive and able to multi-task and work under pressure
- Excellent communication skills both verbal and written
- Knowledge of Iris would be beneficial but if not, must be good on accounting systems
