Group Financial Controller

Your new company

A start up, high growth PropTech business with strong financial backing, are now looking to hire a Group Financial Controller. Your new role

This is a hands on financial controller position with staff management of a small team. You will be responsible for the development and maintenance of sound financial processes and controls, whilst reporting under IFRS.

You will line manage the junior staff members playing an active role in their development and training. You will be involved in budgeting and forecasting and partnering with a number of senior stakeholders in the company such as the CFO.


What you'll need to succeed

You will need to be a Practice trained accountant with previous experience in a start up, or SME, environment where you have been involved in process and controls development.

A background in the Tech industry would be advantageous but not essential and you will need to be able to explain your understanding of a fast paced environment.
