International Finance Manager

Investigo are urgently seeking an immediately available Commercial Finance Manager for a rapidly expanding FTSE business. This is an exciting and challenging role that will suit a very commercially minded Qualified candidate.

Duties -

• Provide strong financial leadership, direction and focus to all aspects of the International business
• Provide strategic analysis to the business, helping to define the five year strategy
• Own all financial planning activities and commercial insight for international
• Support the FD with the delivery of the financial control framework and drive improvements across the International business
• Lead the development of their team, but also play a key role in succession planning across the wider finance community
• Lead effective business planning and budget planning processes across all aspects of the International business
• Influence and challenge the Global Ops Director and senior international team to ensure delivery against these plans
• Monitor all international markets and proactively seek improvement opportunities

To apply -

• ACA, ACCA or CIMA qualified with ten years PQE
  
• Understanding of how to leverage data and analysis to drive improved commercial outcomes
  
• Experience of driving through improvements in financial controls

• Strong commercial experience in a business environment that is both customer focussed and highly operational
  
• Strong business partnering experience at Senior Management level
  
• Ability to lead commercial agenda and to challenge and influence senior leaders to deliver against it
