A Bristol based organisation are looking to recruit a Group Accountant to join their team. The organisation is going through an exciting period of change which will ultimately lead to increased opportunity.
This role willl take responsibility over the Group’s statutory reporting processes and to prepare the monthly consolidated accounts for the Group under IFRS. Additionally, you will ensure that the Group’s financial statements and annual report is delivered to a high standard with relevant disclosures in a timely manner.
Key Responsibilities
- Producing statutory accounts for various group companies yearly – approx. 12 companies in total
- Producing consolidated statutory accounts for two groups monthly
- Authorising client money calculations
- Liaising with external auditors regarding audit queries
- Supervision and lodging of quarterly VAT returns
- Assistance with annual tax disclosures
- Assist SRICL accountant with regulatory returns
- Assisting with forecasts and budgets
This is an excellent opportunity that would suit a newly qualified accountant looking to make their first move from practice into industry or equally any ACA, ACCA or ACMA with relevant experience.
