Tax Compliance Manager

As the result of ambitious growth plans, the group now seeks a Tax Compliance Manager to focus on ensuring compliance for international law in existing and new territories. Reporting to General Counsel, your brief includes:

•Acting as a key Tax & Product Compliance representative at meetings, summits & conferences
•Driving the delivery of compliance projects to ensure compliance gaps are resolved & key compliance projects are completed
•Proactively researching & maintaining indirect tax knowledge & providing relevant updates
•Supporting new country projects & product teams on tax updates & e-invoicing mandates
•Updating General Counsel on VAT accreditation & adherence to monthly & project budgets
•Assisting with end-to-end review of compliance function operations
•Supporting the promotion of compliance as a centre of excellence
•Reporting on & management of compliance issues & risk

As a 2:1/1st class graduate, ideally an LLB, you will become a Subject Matter Expert in global indirect tax legislation with a proven track record of internal and external stakeholder engagement, strong influencing ability and outstanding presentation skills. The role demands an eye for detail, a proactive approach and the ability to manage an ongoing project portfolio.
