The Consultancy Group are currently recruiting for a temporary Accounts Receivable Clerk to join a media business based in Central London.
Your main responsibility will be to liaise with clients regarding outstanding invoices and non-payments.
Duties to include:
- Accounts Receivable collections
- Resolving discrepancies, disputes, short & non-payments by obtaining and investigating information from sales, sites, customer service departments, and from customers
- Produce Accounts Receivable correspondence using templates
- Data entry
- Print Accounts Receivable shared remittance inboxes daily
- Filing Accounts Receivable documents
- Tungsten / Portal invoice submissions
- Other ad hoc activities as required
