Hands on Financial Controller required for growing business

Your new company
An establish company with a national footprint seek to double their turnover in the coming years and seek a hands on Controller to join the business at the next phase of their growth with a view to assume the position of FD in time.

Your new role
Reporting to the Managing Director you will lead in the formulation and delivery of the company's financial policies, processes, systems and controls. You will develop and provide financial budgeting support, analysis and guidance whilst producing monthly management reports. Furthermore you will manage cash flow and general cash management whilst developing the maturity of the finance function as the company continues to grow in order to maximise revenue and minimise risk.

What you'll need to succeed
You will be a hands on accountant with prior experience in a broad accounting role within an SME environment (or supporting SME;s from within the chartered profession). Exposure to Sage is highly desirable and the willingness to travel to other UK sites on an ad-hoc basis is essential to build key internal relationships.
