Your new role

Reporting to the Financial Controller. A challenging and varied costing and management accounting role.

• Review weekly P&L for presentation to directors
• Prepare monthly accounts for review with Financial Controller
• Prepare and distribute weekly management information
• Production of year end accounts for statutory reporting
• Create annual budgets for P&L, Cashflow and Balance Sheet
• Create and monitor department KPIs and identify opportunities for improvement
• Project manage any changes to be implemented and report on the effect of these changes to cost and efficiency KPIs
• Continually update costings through regular review and when new information or knowledge becomes available.
• To capture relevant data on an ongoing basis in order to produce accurate costings.
• Collate and interpret production volume and labour cost data by department.
• Development and completion of weekly Gross Profit by product report
• Monthly update of expenses/overhead figures in weekly reporting template
• Completion of weekly management accounts and group dashboard
• Completion of Daily Gross Profit Reporting.
• Completion of monthly sales reports
• Completion of capital expenditure report and requests.
• To produce ad-hoc reports as requested.
