Project Accountant

An immediately available accountant is needed to review month end processes for a minimum 3 month role in South Derbyshire

I have just visited my client, who are of the friendliest bunch of people, who are looking for an accountant that will help them ensure a more robust month end process by looking back over previous schedules and creation of processes that will be more effective and efficient going forward.

This temporary role will involve looking back at the month end of the previous couple of months. You will look at the whole process from reviewing of transactions to mapping of budgets. This role is all encompassing.

Ideally you will be newly qualified or part qualified (CIMA/ACA/ACCA) but my client is also looking to look at those candidates that are qualified by experience.

The project itself will involve creating robust reports using Excel so a thorough understanding of the Excel including VLOOKUPs and pivot tables will help you with this assignment.

They are looking to do a day rate of £150-180 and the role itself will see you through to the new year and beyond. The location is accessible for anyone near Derby, Loughborough, Burton upon Trent and Leicester.
