Interim Finance Analyst

An exiting opportunity has arisen for a Finance Analysis to join a fast-growing Tech company on a 6 month contract. Due to a rapid growth in the company they are looking for someone to join the team who is fun, hard working and ready to start immediately.

Key Responsibilities:
- Finance Business Partner to Operations Director.
- Act as Operations` finance representative at monthly meetings to present current financial position and forecast, alongside highlighting risks and opportunities.
- Perform analysis of monthly reporting, understanding cost variances, and identify key drivers of costs for different areas of business.
- Develop and maintain forecasting tools to aid consistent, robust and challenging forecasts.
- Ownership of cost budget preparation
- Prepare monthly commentary for contribution to the monthly management reporting packs. 
- Support with ad hoc project requests.

Skills and Qualifications:
- Qualified Accountant ACA, ACCA or overseas equivalent.
- Previous role in a FP&A finance department in cost management capacity.
- Proven business partnering experience, ability to influence senior stakeholders and explain financial details to non-finance specialists.
- Ability to confidently manage large volumes of data, maintaining data integrity and providing robust summary outputs. 
- Excellent verbal and written communication.
